Tax Return Preparer for Individual, Corporate, and Non-Profit Entities
We serve as a partner to our clients and build long-term relationships by providing relevant business and tax advice, that contributes to their growth and long term success. We strive to create an environment which allows clients to view us as a trusted business advisor. Each one of our clients receives our commitment of personal attention and valuable, practical accounting and tax advise, derived from decades of experience, at reasonable and affordable fees.
We prepare tax returns for small and medium size businesses, non-profit organizations, trusts and individuals with more involved matters, requiring the eye of a CPA to best advise. Our clients have unique circumstances and come to us from many different industries; restaurateurs, manufacturing, medical practices(Dentists, Dermatology), law professionals, e-commerce, consulting, lobbying, fashion, retail, real estate development and automotive to name just a few. With over 25 years of tax return preparation experience, we have acquired knowledge that allows us to service a very diverse client base.
We are not a tax preparation mill.
We do not take on a high volume of returns for tax season to increase profits. Our tax clients come to us by referral from investment advisors and our satisfied client base. Many clients have come to us for legal services on matters such as Estate Planning or to Purchase or Refinance a home and quickly realize the benefits of having a Legal and Tax professional that already understands their financial affairs, to prepare their returns.
We get to know all of our clients personally. You will be working directly with our founder, George Katsarakes, who together with his staff, has been preparing tax returns for over 25 years.
We Invest In and Use State-of-the-Art Technology to Ensure Accuracy and to Prepare Returns Efficiently
We utilize sophisticated tax preparation software that enables us to prepare returns efficiently, which in turn helps us to keep fees affordable. While software can greatly assist in the tax preparation, it is not a substitute for a dedicated CPA who who will take the time to work with you, to ensure that your return is completed correctly, and that you have taken advantage of the deductions and credits to which you are entitled.
There May Still be Time to Take Advantage of Deductions for the Past Year
It’s important to schedule a meeting, and to complete our tax preparation form, as soon as possible. In many cases, it’s possible to take advantage of certain deductions – such as contributions to a retirement account – for the prior calendar year until April 15th of the current year. Or timely filing extensions.
When we meet, we can go over your situation and determine whether there are actions that you may wish to take to improve your tax situation.
While many of our clients visit us, quite a few mail us their information or use email. Please note that for all communications containing sensitive information we use encryption software to protect your data, as required by state law.
