From 128/I95 South take Exit 32B-A for Route 3 North towards Lowell / Middlesex Turnpike.
Take the first exit ramp for Exit 32B for the Middlesex Turnpike.
Make a Left at the lights onto Middlesex Turnpike.
Go through the next 2 sets of lights.
56 Middlesex Turnpike will be on your Right.
