George Katsarakes is the Principal Attorney of the Law Office of George P. Katsarakes, P.C., which he established more than 22 years ago. Mr. Katsarakes’ legal practice is focused on Real Estate Law and Conveyancing matters. He assists clients with all aspects of buying and selling commercial and residential properties and has successfully closed thousands of real estate transactions throughout Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Maine.
Mr. Katsarakes also assists clients in matters such as business formation, deed preparation, estate planning, and probate. He works with clients to develop legal solutions in light of the their specific situations and goals.
Prior to establishing his law firm, Mr. Katsarakes worked at Arthur Young & Co. (later Ernst and Young), an international “Big Four” CPA firm, as an audit manager for five years, and as a Real Estate closing attorney for a well established Boston law firm for three years.

I founded this law firm on the basis of providing timely and cost-effective legal services for real people – my neighbors, friends, acquaintances, and others needing quality legal services. Over time, clients have become true friends, and we have been proud and honored that they have also made personal referrals to our firm.
Today, not only do we continue to help many of the same clients that we have helped for years, we also serve many of their children and extended family. We are devoted to continuing to provide the same level of high-quality service, and to developing many new friendships.
